但其实美国人要证明自己是 US citizen 并没有很好的方法，很多人并没有护照，出生证明早就不知道丢到哪里去了，而美国也没有身份证之类的...就连大选的时候也不要求你证明自己是 US Citizen
所以我觉得这个管制基本是无法实行的

最近Claude Fable 5被出口管制的新闻，大家应该都已经知道了。
如果作为外国人能访问的东西越来越少，无论是工作岗位还是先进模型，在美国读PhD又有什么意义呢？
一个可能的解决方案是，大部分项目加入一个有先进模型访问权的公民，比如你导师或者local学生，这样仍然可以继续使用先进模型。(1/2)

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

话说异环安魂曲的日文名是レクイエム（Requiem），但是英文名却是 Lacrimosa，好奇查了一下区别
貌似 Requiem 是一整个安魂曲/安魂弥撒，而 Lacrimosa 则是安魂曲中的最终乐章，属于「末日经」(Dies Irae) 序列诗，总的来说 Requiem 更符合翻译一些
