The βfearless, fearless, fearlessβ gives me chills.
Itβs a common theme across great creators.
They start before they feel ready and understand the first iteration might not be perfect
But itβs necessary.

As a QA, I worked with many great PMs.
What made them great was communication skills.
We had the best project results when they communicated often, clearly and early.
I like to use the Pareto principle for that.
In 80% of cases you'll find 80% of bugs within 20% of the allocated time.
If that gives you enough information to make good decisions while tolerating the risk, it's enough testing.
Any more testing may be considered 'too much'.
