This is a small gift for @fedibtc and the Bitcoiner community in Africa. I’ve been following the work that @LOReBitcoin and the Fedi team are doing globally, and I wanted to create an ad inspired by their mission. This is what my team and I at @bythelabxyz created to represent their amazing work!

Sometimes I feel like the universe works like AI. It gives you what you ask for, but the problem is we don’t really know how to ask, or even what to ask. It’s not that we don’t get what we want—it’s that our instructions are usually unclear.

India runs on UPI, which is a payment network connecting over 500 million consumers and 65 million merchants. To pay, you simply scan a QR code at the counter. With the 256D Mini App on Fedi, you can now do the same with bitcoin. Scan the UPI QR code, pay from your Fedi wallet, and the merchant receives rupees. Learn how it works: fedi.xyz/blog/256d-unlock-bi…

Important Notice: Neutron Service Closure Dear Neutron Community, It is with a heavy heart that we share an important update about the future of Neutron. After much reflection and careful consideration, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to wind down our services. This is not a step we ever hoped to take, but due to circumstances beyond our control, it has become necessary. Our official service end date will be April 30, 2026. We want to express our deepest gratitude to our users, partners, and the entire community who have believed in us and supported us throughout this journey. Building Neutron and serving you has meant more to us than words can fully capture. As we move through this transition, we kindly ask that all remaining balances be withdrawn before the closure date. Our team will remain available to support you and ensure this process is as smooth as possible. Thank you for being a part of Neutron’s story. We are truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. With sincere appreciation, Albert Buu CEO, Neutron

Wild idea, @btcmap. You should allow people to rate the merchant. That way, we can identify genuine Bitcoin merchants and find out more about their experience.

Iran charging BTC in the Strait of Hormuz definitely wasn’t on my 2026 bingo list.
šŸ‡®šŸ‡· Iran is charging $2M per ship to cross the Strait of Hormuz and they want it in Bitcoin. 😳 At $72,000 per $BTC, each ship = 27.7 BTC. Pre-crisis, 130 ships crossed daily. • Daily: 3,611 BTC • Monthly: 108,333 BTC • Yearly: 1.3 million BTC The entire Bitcoin network only mines 450 BTC per day. Iran would accumulate 8x the monthly mining supply. Every month. A sanctioned nation building a Bitcoin treasury through a toll booth. This is the most important geopolitical Bitcoin story nobody is talking about. šŸ”„
