On our last day in Brazil, we visited @railsgirlssp and did a Q&A panel with @AmandaBPerino, @ChaelCodes, and @inazarova. It was a beautiful moment to see so many women either starting or building a career in Rails. They meet twice a year in São Paulo to teach Rails to other women and to talk about careers in tech.

It was so great to be back at @railsgirlssp Rails Girls São Paulo. They've got a successful recipe for community building & continuous learning, and I selfishly love that they combine it with @tropicalonrails so I can pop in for a visit & meet the attendees. More in the thread...
