Happy to share our paper in @ESC_Journals. In this meta-analysis of randomized trials, we found that as compared with aspirin, P2Y12i was associated with 11% and 19% reduction in MACE and MI respectively. academic.oup.com/ehjopen/adv…

In this MA of pts with cardiogenic shock requiring VA-ECMO support, concurrent use of Impella (ECPELLA) was associated with a lower risk of short-term mortality. However, pts with ECPELLA had higher rates of hemolysis, limb ischemia, and CRRT.
