It’s this vulnerability that strengthens the relationship. It’s a sign of trust and loyalty - that you value someone so highly you’ve parted with information usually kept close to your heart. That’s a deep level of intimacy.
If we disregard the 4th house in our relationships we fail to find people who provide us with security. The 4th house is the darkest part of of your chart, the ‘night of the soul’. People close to you have to be able to know some of the most intimate, vulnerable parts of you.
Please take your 4th house into consideration when you reflect on your intimate relationships or friendships. It’s square the 7th house, meaning close relations must provide structure for you to exist within. Friends & lovers must hold space for your entire being.
After editing something silly that I have knowledge about (Love Island USA Season 1), I feel like Wikipedia could be a space for intervention for more serious things... like queerness on LI s2 Australia?🤪These are the dualities of my existence #ccom315#315wikichallenge
like a lot of y'all I thought Wikipedia wasn't factual because my teachers banned its use. I am wondering where this plays into the Western hierarchization of empiricism as revealing "the truth" as if there is always a singular answer to questions posed #315slides
i feel like this maybe plays back into the whole social media as a constant performance and navigation of identity that @mmmmmmmmor 's thesis touches on, even if we aren't fully presenting the truth or our truth online, isn't that falsity to some extent rooted in a truth?
i dont know WHY im this philosophical but i'll leave you with this: if a wikipedia page about cats says "cats actually have nine lives" when we know they probably don't, the truth underneath that falsity is that cats have absurd bounce back ability after falling off the fridge
