Docker announced their new policy regarding the global Docker Hub Registry:
Besides limited retention of inactive images a new MAXIMUM 100 IMAGE PULLS within a 6 HOUR frame is imposed!
I think this might easily be the bigger impact especially for many CI/CD environments.
