I think you missed/looked over perhaps the most relevant fact that was noted in the analysis by @TheBrancaShow The tires started spinning on the ground, unable to get traction the acceleration was so intense. You are analyzing retrospectively by comparing different angles. The criteria is the reasonable belief/fear of immediate harm by the cop who is in front of that vehicle when the tires started screeching. This is a tragedy. I will certainly not be one of the ones saying FAFO. And I appreciate many might say justified but unnecessary. And many will also say unjustified. That said, your analysis overlooked a very relevant fact, and did not adequately consider the criteria used to determine whether or not the use of force was justified.

I agree that it is a dividing line. If you think an agitator has the right to hit federal agents with her car to stop them from enforcing our immigration laws then you are not only retarded but also evil and morally insane, and I don’t recognize you as a good faith actor, a respectable human, or a fellow American.

Everyone, regardless of political leanings, had some preconceived notions when they heard that an ICE agent had shot and killed a woman. The difference is, the right immediately wanted to see video in order to determine if it was justified. The left couldn't have cared less about video, evidence or anything that didn't confirm their preconceived notion. All that mattered was whether or not it was useful for their narrative. That is the extent of their curiosity. It always is. Which is why their analysis and moral ramblings mean nothing to me. When no amount of evidence can convince you that your preconceived notion was incorrect or at the very least incomplete, then you are not a reasonable person. You are at best a useful idiot and at worst a deliberate and nefarious manipulator. But either way, there is no use trying to have a conversation.

Correct. You can accept that this woman's death is a tragedy while acknowledging it's a tragedy of her own making. Don't illegally interfere in federal law enforcement operations and try to run over our officers with your car. It's really that simple.
