Your body isn’t static… it’s always being rebuilt. Every six weeks, you grow a new liver. Every month, brand-new skin. In less than a year? You’ve replaced your entire body down to the last atom. 💬 Comment BODY for a subconscious rewiring tool to lock it in.

Every man over 30 blames aging for their low testosterone. Turns out it’s not just aging... it’s chronic stress, poor sleep, and hidden insulin resistance. Here are 9 simple ways to raise it and feel like yourself again🧵: 1. Whole eggs (with yolk)

The most interesting Padma Award this year goes to Brazil's Jonas Masetti, who has been awarded the Padma Shri for spreading the knowledge of Vedas and Bhagavad Gita across the world. Just look at him—barefoot, wearing Rudraksha, dressed like a monk... Once a mechanical engineer, he is now deeply influenced by Indian spirituality.

BIG NEWS 🚨 India exposes Pakistan at UN. POWERFUL Message 🔥🔥 "Indus Treaty was signed in good faith. Pakistan violated it by inflicting 3 Wars and thousands of terror attacks" "20,000 Indians lost their lives in the last four decades" "India was patient for 6.5 decades. They consistently blocked our attempts to improvise dam infrastructure" "It is clear that it is Pakistan which remains in violation of the Indus Waters Treaty"

“When terrorist kill innocents that’s not an escalation but when good people respond to end terrorism thats an escalation” If you are saying India has escalated, you are also a terrorist 👏👏👏 Brilliant This was for the “de-escalate” pimps

No nation should have to accept terrorist attacks being launched against it from land controlled by another country. India is justified in striking terrorist infrastructure. There can be no impunity for terrorists.

Terrorists launched an attack that killed dozens of Indian citizens. India had every right to retaliate and defend itself. Pakistan does not get to play the victim. No country gets a pass for supporting terrorist activity.

Salwan Momika was a hero, not because he burned the Quran. I am against burning religious books. Doesn't achieve anything. But because he stood against uncivilised cultists who have burned more books than we can count! #Sweden

India invented the number system. Albert Einstein said: "We owe a lot to the Indians, who taught us how to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made." • Algebra, trigonometry and calculus originated in India. • The value of "pi" was first calculated by the mathematician Budhayana, and he explained the concept of what is known as the PythagoreanTheorem. He discovered it in the 6th century, which was long before European mathematicians. • India is the largest English-speaking nation in the world. My point is that India is definitely worth looking into and knowing something about. Plus, 38 percent of doctors in the United States are of Indian descent, and 12 percent of scientists are aswell. They represent the wealthiest of all ethnic groups in the United States as well as globally. Education is stressed and many Indians run large U.S. and global corporations. India itself has become a major economic force on its own once again and deserves our attention, not just as a destination point or a piece of history. India is important to our future, and as globally aware citizens, we need to spend some time learning about this fascinating and dynamic country. From Donald Trumps book that he wrote in 2006
