⭕️OPERATIONAL UPDATE: LEBANON IDF soldiers completed activities to achieve operational control & clear the area north of the Saluki River along the Forward Defense Line. The Saluki River area has been used by Hezbollah as a prime location for operating explosive drones & launching indirect fire attacks against IDF soldiers. The troops dismantled hundreds of terrorist structures & eliminated 50 terrorists. Additionally, several weapons were located, including explosive devices, anti-tank missiles & anti-tank launchers.

He was a senior commander within Hezbollah & was responsible for numerous attacks against IDF soldiers, from the Second Lebanon War. Additionally, a Hezbollah rocket launcher was dismantled.

🔴ELIMINATED: A Hezbollah terrorist armed with a Kalashnikov rifle, who was operating near IDF troops, north of the Litani River. IDF troops located dozens of weapons in a weapons storage facility, including Kalashnikov rifles and shotguns, surface-to-air missile, ammunition, grenades & additional combat equipment. Additionally, 2 Hezbollah terrorist cells that were operating in the areas of Tyre and Shaqra were eliminated.

Additionally, he advanced attack plans against IDF soldiers & Israeli civilians. As such, he posed an immediate threat to IDF troops operating in Gaza.

⭕OPERATIONAL RECAP: In recent days, troops established IDF positions within the areas of Zawtar al-Sharqiya and Zawtar al-Gharbiyah in southern Lebanon. So far, 100 strikes have been conducted and 20~ terrorists have been eliminated, alongside the discovery of hundreds of weapons inside civilian homes in the area.
