Stop nu NGO vanviddet. NGO betyder Non-Governmental Organisation. Men hvorfor er der så altid en sammenblanding mellem dem, den ekstreme venstrefløj og finansiering med offentlige skattekroner? For hvor “non-governmental” er man egentlig, når man modtager hundredvis af millioner af skattekroner år efter år – samtidig med at ledende poster igen og igen besættes af personer med tætte bånd til venstrefløjen? Vi ser tidligere toppolitikere fra venstrefløjen gå direkte ind i NGO-ledelser. Vi ser NGO’er føre kampagner om klima, migration, integration og international politik. Og vi ser organisationer, som officielt kalder sig neutrale, men som ofte placerer sig meget entydigt i den politiske debat.   Dansk Folkeparti kræver derfor en uafhængig gennemgang af de største statsstøttede NGO’er: • Hvor mange offentlige midler modtager de? • Hvor mange ledende medarbejdere og bestyrelsesmedlemmer har baggrund i bestemte partier eller politiske miljøer? • Hvor stor en del af deres arbejde går til politisk påvirkning og kampagnevirksomhed? • Lever de reelt op til deres påståede politiske neutralitet? Civilsamfundet er vigtigt. Men gennemsigtighed er vigtigere. Og politisk neutralitet for danskernes skattekroner er vigtigst. Når organisationer modtager meget store beløb fra staten, samtidig med at de fører aktiv politisk kampagnevirksomhed, har borgerne krav på at vide, hvem der påvirker hvem. Skatteyderne skal ikke finansiere partipolitik forklædt som civilsamfund.

Puis j’ai lu les hadiths concernant le mariage d’Aïcha avec celui que l’on présente comme le meilleur des hommes. Cela m’a profondément troublé. Pour résoudre cette contradiction, je me suis dit que les hadiths étaient des écrits humains, donc faillibles, tandis que le Coran était la parole d’Allah. Je suis devenu coraniste. Pendant un temps, j’ai pensé avoir trouvé la réponse. Je rejetais les hadiths problématiques et je ne gardais que le Coran. Puis j’ai commencé à lire le Coran lui-même de façon plus attentive, sans me reposer sur ce qu’on m’avait toujours dit qu’il contenait. J’ai alors découvert des passages que je n’avais jamais étudiés sérieusement auparavant. J’ai essayé de les comprendre, de les contextualiser, de lire les explications des croyants et des savants. Je voulais sincèrement préserver ma foi. Mais plus je lisais, plus certaines questions devenaient difficiles à ignorer. Puis je suis tombé sur les versets concernant l’esclavage et les relations avec les captives. Je me suis alors demandé comment une divinité parfaitement juste et morale pouvait autoriser de telles pratiques. À partir de là, je n’ai plus réussi à considérer le Coran comme d’origine divine. C’est à ce moment-là que je suis sorti de l’islam. Aujourd’hui, je suis athée agnostique. Je ne prétends pas savoir s’il existe ou non un dieu, mais je ne crois plus que l’islam soit d’origine divine. A new low for UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese — the woman tasked with “human rights” in the Palestinian territories. She is now openly mocking the mother of an October 7 victim. Sonja Bohl-Dencker is the mother of Carolin Bohl, a 22-year-old German fashion student and aspiring model who was murdered by Hamas terrorists at Kibbutz Nir Oz during the October 7 terror massacre. In an interview with a German newspaper, Sonja described attending a film premiere in Berlin in March where Albanese was the guest of honor. She said: “I have never been in a room where I felt so much hatred. Everywhere I looked, there were keffiyehs, hostile slogans, and an overwhelming hatred directed at anything connected with Israel.” Albanese tweeted in response, "Change medication." A senior UN official openly mocking the grieving mother of an October 7 victim. 100%. The images of destruction are proof positive there was no genocide. The only possible way for such extreme physical destruction with relatively low casualties (including high combatant rate) is that Israel took meaningful precautions to avoid casualties.

This is my favorite argument. In Hiroshima, roughly 140k people died due to the nuclear bomb out of 350k. That’s 40% of the city. In Nagasaki, 80k people died out of 263k. That’s 30% of the city. In Gaza, 73k people have died (according to GHM) out of 2.3 million. That’s about 3% of the population. A substantial percentage of that are terrorists. So Israel has dropped an amount of bombs on Gaza that exceeds the power of the nuclear bombs we dropped on Japan and yet the death toll is far lower both proportionally and on a raw numbers basis. How is that possible if Israel is committing genocide? Maybe it’s because they’re not.

I’ve been thinking, and we should have a slogan, a motto for everyone who refuses to be guilt tripped into saying things we know aren’t true, or into denying things that are. In 1633, the Catholic Church, via the Inquisition, forced Galileo to recant his claim that the Earth moved around the sun. He is said afterwards to have defiantly stated, “Eppur si muove” — “And yet it moves.” He knew that whatever the Church dictated, whatever lies they forced him to repeat, the Earth, nevertheless, continued to move. The binary and immutable nature of human sex is as scientifically certain as the motion of the Earth. Even if the entire world - every single one of us - believes that some women are born with penises, and that some people are neither male nor female, neither of these things will ever become true, just as no amount of human belief ever made the sun go around the Earth.
