Well this was wrong! We didn't call it yet, but Measure E looks almost certain to fail. The later vote did not go in the direction I expected.

And although most measures don't swing by over 4 points with the late vote, which is what Measure E needs, there have been a number that moved that much since 2022. It just wouldn't be that unusual for it to end up passing.
My best guess is that this ends up a close race. But voters choices are unpredictable and it's also possible it will remain a pretty clear rejection of the Measure.
