I have two side projects I’ve been working on getting release ready. Needing to take my own advice and remind myself not to wait until they’re perfect, but allow them to exist as MVPs that get improved over time. Also forcing myself to only work on them during weekends. Balance!

All four app updates got approved. Cannoisseur, Legal Terms, ShinyDex all got (very late) Liquid Glass updates. Vinyl Vision got a bug fix. Next, I’m going to try adding some simple App Intents into Legal Terms. It also needs a lot of accessibility work.

My biggest focuses these past few quiet months have been figuring out to be useful at my job, and learning all I can about optimizing SwiftUI code for accessibility tools. For those of you who have been doing this work for a while, how do you feel about the IAAP certs?

Pushed out some long overdue updates for four apps this weekend and it felt *great*. Believe all the things they say about rest! Everything is still in review but hopefully these approvals are smooth.

A friend gave me a very silly app idea so I've been putting together a rough prototype of the idea using ShazamKit. It feels very good to have tried something new and got it working! Much needed praise break happening in this household.

Finally shipping native visionOS support for ShinyDex. I have plans for this app this year that I'm excited about. It was fun to get back into the visionOS simulator. I hope to spend more time this year learning for the platform.
