Figures such as Larry Fink of @Blackrock are pushing for assets to move on-chain, from equities and bonds to funds and real estate.
This shift is already underway. @Securitize leads the RWA space at $3.38 billion TVL, followed closely by Tether Gold and Ondo Finance.

May was a strong month across the DMCC integrated tech ecosystem, with significant milestones in Web3, AI, and gaming sectors.
@AhmedBinSulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, was recognised in the Unlock Blockchainโs Top 20 Performing CEOs of 2025. @CtrlAltCo, a DMCC Crypto Centre member company, was named Start-Up of the Year at the Pioneer Awards 2026, and we also announced our partnership with @BitcoinCom.
During the month, DMCC Crypto Centre hosted a webinar on tokenising precious metals, DMCC AI Centre explored how leaders are using AI, and DMCC Gaming Centre brought the community together for the event with @EpiphanyPK. In addition, member company @StudiosArtisan hits 50,000 Steam wishlists.

As of May 2026, on-chain RWAs have surpassed $30 billion, driven by demand for yield-generating assets such as US Treasuries, private credit, real estate and commodities.
In April, on-chain tokenised Treasury bonds reached a record $14 billion, highlighting rising institutional adoption.

A silver token only has credibility when real metal sits behind it. The foundation is physical silver held in secure custody.
Each token represents a defined quantity of silver stored in an insured vault. The metal must meet recognised purity standards and remain traceable through bar serial numbers and refinery records.
In the worldโs largest silver bar tokenisation, DMCC brought together three specialised participants. Sam Precious Metals produced the bar. @Tokinvest_Cap leads the tokenisation and issuance, while @Brinks manages storage and logistics.
Together they ensure the digital token remains anchored to a real, verifiable asset.
