ALT Staffing Platforms as a Service Global Landscape 2024 Update:
▶ The SPaaS landscape covers a range of different solutions that can either partially or completely automate the interaction between talent, clients, and staffing companies.
▶ Vendors are becoming less easy to categorize into logical groups, from those considered pure-play SPaaS-only solutions to those providing SPaaS platforms that extend into the staffing company front office tech stack.
▶ Front office vendors are planning to or have already incorporated significant elements of automation and self-service functionality into their offering.
▶ There is likely to be further convergence between front office and SPaaS solutions as staffing firms look for technology options that allow them to cover all service channels.
▶ There also appears to be convergence among vendors in all categories looking to extend what they do and offer a more complete suite of solutions that, on top of SPaaS functionality, includes VMS.
