Highest: CAD (33%),
eGFR <60 (33%),
Obesity (32%),
Dyslipidaemia (30%)
Even without obesity: 19%
Dashed line = overall prevalence (26%).
No difference by sex or hypothyroidism.
Fibrosis is widespread across ALL subgroups.
