We’ve been trying this piece of equipment out with a plan to introduce it to SDEC and ED and it’s brilliant. Crisp, clear retinal images, much better than fundoscopy, even with no dilating drops. Should help us safely manage patients with headache. Great piece of kit.

I’ve been interviewing for IMT applicants all day today and for all the doom and gloom that’s going around the calibre of candidates has been excellent. The future’s in safe hands.

Flow is currently THE problem in a system on its knees. Enormous effort put into initiatives that don't seem to work. Excellent paper on why what we are doing can NOT work. Time to change what we do! qualitysafety.bmj.com/conten…
