Tonight, I spent 40 minutes in a future 11-year-old me could only dream about: an autonomous robot writing code using only my voice. I built a way to talk to #ClaudeCode while out on a walk. I was worried I’d always be tethered to a desk using CC. That fear is now gone. Wow! 🙌🏾

.@arvidkahl just wanted to say thank you for the wisdom about using AI API batching—it’s 50% cheaper. I’m working on building a sermon-archive corpus of my 1,234 sermon manuscripts to create a voice profile for an AI-assisted research and writing assistant. 🙌🏾

I think I’m sold on Claude Code. I was reluctant, and after a false start where Claude deleted $115 worth of data, I’m now convinced — it’s pretty nice. I’ve rebuilt my entire internal CRM, and it’s almost perfect. My customers, income, and expenses data are all flowing nicely.

Thanks for the inspiration. Since Thursday I’ve been steadily improving my daily content-posting workflow. Today, I finalized a tool that now includes an AI-generated banner image—so I no longer have to leave my editing tool to go create one. One button publishing now. 🙌🏾

I wrote zero lines of this code.
I think things are changing more rapidly than I understood.
I probably spent 30 minutes talking to Opus 4.5 about it, and now I have a fully functioning tool. And I'm making more tools every day.
I don't think we're slowing down!

Hey🏗️, It’s been a wild 24 hours. I lost a sizable new customer yesterday, which stings even though you understand it. Then today, I gained a customer worth more than 3x that amount. Building a bootstrapped SaaS is such an emotional🎢. The swings are real.

I’m feeling grateful today. I’m finalizing the terms for our church to receive an interest-free loan to pay off our mortgage.
It’s the result of a lot of behind-the-scenes work, relationship-building, & persistence. I created the conditions that made this possible and I’m proud.
