We are just getting started. As our volumes go up, our prices go down. And we are adding more branded meds and soon more specialty meds. If you use humira, stelara or other meds that have biosimilars, we are most likely far cheaper than what you or your company pay now
I’m know by now most are aware of @mcuban @costplusdrugs but every day these testimonials amaze me (and bum me out a little)

For years, California leaders accused oil companies of price gouging at the pump, but a state investigation found no evidence of that. Instead, a CBS News California investigation found what's really driving the highest gas prices in the U.S. cbsloc.al/3PPOHwW

Feminists claim to fight oppression of women. But author @TimothySandefur points out: “Feminists condemn American society while keeping their mouths shut about what goes on in countries like Iraq and Iran.” In our full interview, we talk about that and more.

Nobody tells you this: Growth takes much longer than you expect, then happens much faster than you ever thought possible. The best things in life come from allowing compounding to work its magic. Growth happens gradually, then suddenly. Slowly, then all at once.

Most hospitals don't know their costs. Things I've asked for that made them roll their eyes : A BOM for surgeries P&L for each insurance carrier P&L for Medicaid or Medicare business Why do they need consultants for everything. Why doesn't their CSuite know how to do any of it Why do they use GPOs when prices are insane Why do they work with carriers that underpay, late pay, deny everything, waste docs time with denial committees run by 97 yr old pediatricians. Why do they make no effort to sell direct to employers (excluding those on costpluswellness.com to avoid all the carrier abuse , and avoid being sub prime lenders for patient OOP Why do they abuse 340b Why do facilities fees exist Why do they abuse site neutrality Why do they abuse patients with charge master based bills Why do they not push for standard contract templates to reduce admin. Why do they accept so many different ins plans Anyone want to add more And for context, remember I think the biggest insurance companies are worse
Replying to @mcuban
Because reimbursement is often set below cost. Medicare—especially Medicaid—pay fixed rates that frequently don’t cover staffing, infrastructure, and 24/7 care. Hospitals can’t refuse those patients so the gap gets made up elsewhere.

Why aren’t any of these at risk hospitals publishing their full accounting so everyone can see where they spend their money ? All but one group of hospitals that I have looked at potentially investing in, spend so much on consultants and fees that it’s no wonder they are at risk Plus, I have NEVER seen an industry that is worse than hospitals when it comes to buying medications and items like implants, screws, other devices. They overpay for everything. And then when you show them how to save money, their “supply chain” employees resist any change. They are so set in their ways, it’s a shock more don’t go out of business. Prove me wrong.
More than 400 hospitals across the U.S. are at high risk of closing or cutting services because of the Medicaid cuts in President Trump’s “big, beautiful bill,” according to an analysis from the progressive watchdog group Public Citizen. nbcnews.com/health/health-ne…

In Florida, in partnership with First Lady @CaseyDeSantis, we are testing everyday foods that matter to families, like baby formula, candy, and bread. Some findings show heavy metals and glyphosate. These are real threats to health, and every American deserves to know. Thanks for the conversation @realJennaEllis! 🔗Visit: ExposingFoodsToxins.com

Every Western country and city needs to adopt tough on crime policies. Zero tolerance for theft and violent crime. This is so obvious, yet there is so much resistance.

Beginning today, April 1, @HHSgov will require hospital executives to attest that their posted prices are accurate. If hospitals mislead patients or fail to disclose actual prices, we will hold them accountable. Transparency drives competition—and competition lowers health care costs for every American.
.@SecKennedy: “This week, we passed regulations that require hospitals post their pricing…and the insurance companies. So, we’re going to have price transparency.”

Your entire life will change when you realize it’s never too late. You can wake up and choose to see things differently. You can completely reinvent your life. Too late is an internal fantasy, not an external reality. Every time you think it’s too late, it’s probably still early.
