Xcode 14.1 was released today.
The latest available open-source release for the Xcode tools on opensource.apple.com/release… is still 12.0 from September 16th, 2020 🙁

The conduct of the BC NDP establishment towards @AnjaliApp and her campaign is disgraceful, embarrassing, and nakedly undemocratic. If such people feel their preferred candidate is better, they should have the courage to make that case to members in a fair and democratic election

It's always good to see stuff in the web component space, but can we please just standardize HTML Modules in browsers so we don't need all these extra libraries and frameworks and tools? 😩

Today, I got automatic provisioning set up for Xcode builds on GitHub Actions with a Cloud Distribution Certificate and I look forward to never touching provisioning profiles or fastlane ever again.
Ever. Again.
(Will try to do a writeup soon-ish because it's actually not hard)

Why does GitHub Actions have "uses" and "run"?
Pick a consistent verb tense, I am tired of things failing because I typed "runs" instead of "run" 😑

relying on basic standards based html css and treating client browser javascript as an upgrade path is not just a huge performance boost for web consumers: it make web devs faster too

I have had to explain to multiple Starbucks locations in the US that they do, in fact, sell English Breakfast tea 😓 (sadly, Orange Pekoe doesn't seem to exist in the States)
