Beware of shopping @BandQ Croydon if you are elderly and have to get anything heavier than a feather. The service at the end of the shopping experience was terrible! Nobody could help with getting our things to the car- shameful!! Will reconsider not shopping here next time 🤷🏾♀️

They don’t though. I had cause to ring them twice last year, once regarding an injured sheep, took me nearly 15 minutes to get through due to all the pre recorded messages asking for money then when I did get through they weren’t interested and refused to come out.

RSPCA failed to provide help when I sort it - stopped my car on a busy road to save a dog running in the traffic. No ID, went to nearby RSPCA centre and was told not their problem 🤷♀️
