As a *competent* consumer and user of software, is anyone having any actual good interactions with AI support bots?
The amount of lost time in endless round-tripping is so frustrating. I wouldn't be chatting you if it wasn't a real bug that your fin or sierra bot could fix.

7/Worth saying: I am not an engineer.
I built this because I use Claude to run our marketing organization every day and wanted my search data inside that workflow. So I built the thing.
The whole server was built with Claude. That's kind of the point of where this is all going.
