Donanemab is not recommended by NICE for cognitive impairment or dementia caused by Alzheimer's.
This is due to limited benefits and high costs, including monthly infusions and intensive side effect monitoring, therefore it not good use for the taxpayer: nice.org.uk/news/articles/ne…
