Freshwater lochs are an iconic part of Scotland. We are pleased to contribute to this project with @StirlingScience, which will provide high-quality, near real-time data to help people understand issues around this nationally important loch, and help us continue to care for it.
Delighted to have received funding from the NERC Innovation in Environmental
Monitoring programme for the #SenseH2O project in collaboration with colleagues from the @UofGlasgow and @CENSIS121 and partnering with @scottish_water and @ScottishEPA.
We are partnering with @DefraGovUK and @innovateuk to invest £12 million, which will benefit new technologies for monitoring the state of UK waterways, habitats, soil and air.

ALT An example of the Rrs before (top left) and after (bottom left) correction for a transect measured on 13 September 2021 during CERTO Plymouth campaign. It can be seen that after correction Rrs from same location cluster together, which is reasonable because water in the same location should have similar bio-optical properties.
Today on 30th September 2023 we have officially launched a call for #RiverSeaSystems research proposals to test the services offered by #DANUBIUSRI, free of charge.
