Found a much quicker way than use both wheel arch access. Just use Right side.

@DisneylandParis is it possible for someone to let us know what actually is working today? Ultimate Access & One Access ride passes can’t be bought. Staff don’t know what is going on, general mood in park amongst staff clearly negative compared with yesterday. Queues much bigger

Is that why an Ultimate Access pass for today was so much cheaper because you kinda acknowledged the strike.
Today the waits are extraordinary. The park was full the past few days so the numbers within the park is the same but the waits are so much longer. #disneylandparisstrike

@Visharoo @JsyAmbulance New Head Injury Guidelines coming out NICE 2023: 2g Tranexamic Acid for GCS 12 or less for traumatic brain injury within 2hrs of injury PRIOR to CT #rcemcpd I’m sure your on it but the formulary may need a tweak.

Looking at the tweets from #RCEMcpd many seem to be about process, flow, exit block and not tolerating poor care. Wouldn’t it be lovely if the majority of tweets one year soon could be about providing excellent cutting edge care.
