The Swim Wales National Conference is in Full Flow! It’s been a fantastic day so far, kicked off with a warm welcome from our Chief Executive Officer, Fergus Feeney. Highlights of the day so far have included a thought-provoking panel discussion on empowering the workforce, hosted by CIMSPA and featuring expert voices from across the aquatics sector. We’ve also had an in depth session exploring the aquatic pathway and an insightful workshop on positive communications, led by a leading sport psychologist from Oxford Brookes University. And we’re not done yet!
