So rewarding to speak at my kids primary school again fpr another intro to sport psychology and the 5Cs. The children were open, curious, attentive and reflective. I can see myself doing more of these...

Exciting, tiring and rewarding day as we edged the quarter final of the national club 045s champs against Woking. Level at 2 matches all and won by only 5 games on count back Great Team effort for us 50s playing an age group below. Still in one piece!
