Protestants have a Constitution with no Supreme Court, only local courts issuing conflicting rulings.
Catholics have a Supreme Court, a final ruling.

Seems clear:
1) Commanding/charismatic/authoritative
2) Disagreeable/direct/blunt
3) Compassionate/humble
#3 makes #1-2 the best version of those.
