Putting out an all call for help from my e-learning friends.
I’m working on a project to find even more ways the E-Learning Heroes community can give people the resources, content, and user experience they need. And what’s the best way for us to make informed decisions?…
…To hear from the people we want this community to help! So whether you’re a frequent visitor or someone who’s never visited E-Learning Heroes, we’d love to hear from you through this short survey:
research.articulate.com/elh-…
…The questions ask for your input on the types of programs/content you love to see in your favorite professional communities. So if you work in e-learning and have a few minutes, filling out the survey would be a huge help for my team and the E-Learning Heroes community overall!

This is my first in-person conference since 2019. Am I a little nervous? Yup. Do I remember how to people? Not sure. Am I excited to see all my conference buddies? You bet!
Talk season is upon us!! 🗣️
Whether it's your first time giving a talk or you dream of eventually doing one, here's a public speaking guide I wrote a few years ago.
Hope it helps! ❤️

I got to merge the focus of my last job with my current one when building this project! I’d seen a few cool conference apps built with Articulate apps (big shout out to @Tracy_Parish’s work in particular) and wanted to try my hand at building my own in Rise 360. 🧵
We all know how useful Rise 360 is for building beautiful courses fast. But there’s so much more it’s capable of creating! If you're planning an event or conference soon, check out our Interactive Event Guide download. bit.ly/3OHCTs7
Honestly, the hardest part was deciding what I wanted the visual design to be like. Once that was settled, the development part was actually super easy.
Also, it was kind of hilarious to create a conference program that was entirely made up.
Whatever the opposite of “hardcore” 10x rock star dev is, that’s what I want.
cosycore, moving slowly, making things right, petting the dog, naps, staring out of the window pondering problems and drinking tea.
I admittedly haven’t been on this account as much as I used to be— new parental duties and changing jobs ended up shifting where I’ve spent my time over the last year. But since Twitter seems likely to break, before it goes down I just wanted to thank both it and all of you.
🧵
…but getting involved in the conference back channel was my first step into connecting to the broader L&D community. That connected me to new knowledge, new job and collaboration opportunities, but also new friends who I’ll treasure long after this bird app stops working…
So thanks to every single one of you I’ve connected with on here over the years. Whether we’re IRL friends, conference or Twitter chat buddies, met through something one of us retweeted over the years, or we just found each other here on a fluke, I’m grateful for the connection.
