Jade registered a 55 year old man in March after being made redundant after 34 years. He had a learning disability & required assistance in job search. After working together he managed to secure employment within retail & is still sustaining #ajobforeverybody @DYWAyrshire

Ian’s is 47,lives in Catrine &was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome at 43. He never heard back from employers which made Ian’s mental health dip. After sourcing a volunteering placement at NCAFE in Cumnock, Ian is now in employment with them & doing great #ajobforeverybody
