20 years after Mandela’s iconic speech, it was an honour to raise #MakePovertyHistory during #PMQs I welcome the PM's response, reaffirming the UK’s commitment to ending poverty. This comes the day after an excellent event from @ONECampaign. #Mandela20

Climate change is making water more scarce, more unpredictable, more polluted or all three. We must adapt water management so that people and ecosystems can survive and thrive in a changing world. #QuestionsPeopleAsk on #WaterAction = #ClimateAction ➡️ buff.ly/3WcU2ip

This mirrors my husband's experience in hospital. It is so frustrating when a sudden stop in medication on admission into hospital can cause various problems including hallucinations and confusion.
"My everyday care out of hospital is superb...that seemed to stop at the hospital door." Hear how Margot's, and her daughter Vicky's, lives were impacted when a lack of communication from hospital staff meant that she couldn't self administer her Parkinson's medication.

❗The climate crisis is a water crisis❗ People experience #ClimateChange through too much or too little water – floods and droughts – and the impacts are devastating. Decision makers at #COP29 must take urgent action to solve these dual crises. #ClimateAction
