Road to 1M/M - Day 245 Basically not spending anything on this brand/offer right now. 30% of my focus has been on another brand, which is now doing the majority of the revenue. Wanted to keep that one out as it's together with an old friend. While this one has always been 100% me. As I said yesterday, i miiight post the rev and profit from that though, so I have some interesting updates for you. But for now, I'll wait until I do some launches in other countries. Happy Thursday

Road to 1M/M - Dy 244 Adspend: 334.01 Revenue: 647.64 Profit: 193.23 Finished the advertorial I mentioned yesterday. Something I haven't said here is that I do have another store, which has been running for a while. But since I got this "brand" off the ground, I wanted this series to be about this one. But since rev is so low, I thought it might be more fun to update on the other brand instead haha. So from tomorrow, I MIGHT start updating with the numbers from the other store. But we'll see. Road to 1M/M - Day 243 Adspend: 1441.29 Revenue: 1619.6 Profit: -102.35 Since the whole processing thing is taking a while, I decided to add another country to the list I want to test my offer in. So I made the full store today. Tomorrow I just need to translate the advertorial. This country does not require any special payment methods, so I will be able to launch directly once the advertorial is done. Happy Tuesday

Road to 1M/M - Day 242 Adspend: 1693.52 Revenue: 2123.94 Profit: 55.49 Processing for the new countries is SOON here. Until then, I'll just keep optimizing the current funnel. Also, one thing I forgot to mention is that a while back, I did turn off PayPal, which did lead to a noticeable decrease in CVR. Because the disputes were hitting hard for orders that were like 1 day late, and it ate margin. Might re-activate it with a more dialed in system for customer support. Happy Monday

Because it will actually benefit the customer in huge ways. And the benefit is strong for the user's life. Which means all I need is to be a good marketer... ... and write some superb advertorials. We've basically only pushed for solution aware. Even though a large portion of the market has definitely seen our product at some time (Either from us or competitors). Launching this one tomorrow. Now, the last puzzle before launching the new GEOs is as I mentioned yesterday, for processing to be finalized. Launched some more ads on Meta. And went through some course material on desires and avatars. Did some more deep research, and realized I have definitely overdone the whole AI research, to the point where I have not retained much information myself. But reading specific scenarios from your customers' words directly is really the gold. Happy Wednesday

Road to 1M/M - Day 236 Adspend: 793.28 Revenue: 1416.38 Profit: 379.18 New store for the third GEO that I talked about yesterday got done today. I also made 2 new advertorials for main product/angle/geo while we wait for processing to be finalized for the new geos. I also finally launched Meta for this. Something that had held me back is intensity/focus on a day to day basis. I can get stuff done, but get easily distracted by having whatsapp, slack etc open while I work. I also never time-blocked my day before... ... I just had a to-do list. This meant that there was always unnecessary friction, and I often chose which task to do based on how I "felt". But time blocking in the morning, so you just follow the list without thinking, is a huge unlock for me. Super simple, yet super helpful. Happy Tuesday

Road to 1M/M - Day 235 Adspend: 834.95 Revenue: 1661.49 Profit: 536.68 Duplicated and translated advertorials to 2 new languanges. Now just need to finish the one last store languange. And then wait until processing is fixed for all 3 GEOs. Then launching. Going through some more modules on avatars and desires to expand my knowledge there... ... as it will definitely help with increasing my TAM and find new audiences/pockets. Happy Monday

Had to make sure the correct payment methods are set up. I also have some other GEOs in the pipeline that I want to test. So tomorrow I will set up funnels for those also. Happy Friday
