So gratifying to see the result of our first @AECBnet Retrofit Level 2 certified project. It was wonderful working with @ProgInPrac and EcoVert Solutions to apply a #Passivhaus approach and turn this beautiful 1901 heritage property into a comfortable home for the future.

Changes to PAS 2035/2030:2023 require a medium-term improvement strategy for every home undergoing retrofit, an airtightness strategy and site visits by Retrofit Co-ordinators
