We'd LOVE to see applications from #ActuallyAutistic people, from people who already consider themselves part of #TeamPDA and from parent carers. If you need adjustments to thrive at interview or in the role - let us know. And of course #NonGraduatesWelcome

Hi @Waterstones - I've just noticed your disability section of your website comes under 'coping with personal problems' which is a bit icky. Disability is neither personal nor, indeed, a problem Signed, a disabled gal who routinely gives you all their money

17 years in London. First (& please god last) time I've seen a guy filing his dead foot skin on the tube. I held my breath until the next station but I'm going to have breathed some of that in aren't I? Any idea how one disinfects one's lungs?

I've sent out 25 thank you messages today and as a result feel very, very happy. It's lovely to be able to thank someone when they do something nice isn't it? Lovely stuff.

Families tell us they value the information and experiences shared by the #PDA community - so we're sharing #CommunityQuestions where we've been asked to ask you. Today parents/ carers of a PDA person with a younger sibling - how did you prepare? What worked for you?
Calling #TeamPDA! A parent has contacted us who is expecting a new baby and wants to support their #PDA child to be ready for the changes this will bring. Have you experienced this either as a PDA person yourself or as a parent or carer? What did you try? What worked for you? 1/

Spent a bit of time this morning reading the comments (333 😯) people made about @PDASociety when nominating us for @ndawards this year. Made me tearful - what an incredible community we are part of. Thank you - I'll make sure everyone in the team gets to see them

Oh my gosh. TRAGEDY. HEARTBREAK. Some of the people who've gone through the surveys ethics sign off then haven't completed the survey. Over the next couple of days we'll have to delete empty entries The number is supposed to go up not down!
