Southern Trains were 20 minutes late from London Bridge, went a few stops and kicked us off so they could run straight through to Gatwick "to put this train back on time." Why on earth give that as a reason? Customers want to get home on time. Put them first.

On this day in 1942, Casablanca was released with the often misquoted: "Play it again, Sam."
The quote is actually: "Play it, Sam. Play As Time Goes By." You know it's a misquote because if you go into a bar and put on "As Time Goes By", no one will allow you to play it again.

History should be used in sentences like: "History is fascinating" or "what time is my favourite history podcast" but not in sentences like "History will remember me kindly."
