Thanks to @thetrainline I could see that I could get the train to Swindon that would get me to my destination. @GWRHelp Kate was useless, Jordan at the same station was amazing and I made it home 1 hr & 23 mins late but in good order.

Going to see @deaconbluemusic on Friday for my Mum’s B’day treat & @Ticketmaster have split our group up. No offer to seat us all together (5 people) or compensation but they have offered to sell our tickets at less than face value.

@DVLAgovuk waiting 7 months and still no review of my medical licence. The only way you can contact your team is in snail mail or waiting for hours on a phone call. What sort of customer service is this and how much is it costing the tax payer due to loss of earnings/workforce

When booking a holiday avoid @bookingcom. They confirmed my booking yesterday & cancelled today. Refund 7-12 days. I am due to travel in 4 days.
@Hoseasons are far more reliable I’ll be booking there and direct from now on.

Interesting article by @ShaunLintern today. But again @wesstreeting and @UKLabour only talking about 18-week waiting list target for outpatients. What about inpatients on urgent lists. Currently I have been waiting 7weeks for urgent open heart surgery as an inpatient.

Just had a Sister off the ward call in on me to check some details. Her shift finished an hour ago, but despite not getting overtime or flexi she wanted to make sure her patients were sorted. Amazing.

Her challenging of Bernard Manning as Mrs. Merton is eye popping. Utterly destroyed him and his openly racist views while at the same time genuinely making him laugh. It’s worth watching this doc on catch up for this alone. Only a comedy heavyweight like Caroline could have achieved this.
