Yesterday, I had the incredible honor of participating in SpaceX’s IPO at Nasdaq in New York City.
For more than two decades, the people of SpaceX have poured everything they have into this company, sacrificing time with friends and family, vacations, hobbies, sleep, and a lot of other parts of life for the opportunity to help build and support something we believe in so deeply.
My career at SpaceX has been more difficult, more intense, and more rewarding than I ever could have imagined. I’m immensely grateful to
@elonmusk and
@Gwynne_Shotwell for the opportunity they gave me, proud of the contributions I’ve been able to make, and even more grateful for the extraordinary people I’ve had the privilege to work alongside every day.
I love this company in a way that is genuinely hard to put into words.
Being at Nasdaq yesterday felt like a profound validation of the hard work, sacrifice, obsession, and resilience of so many people who have given so much to this mission. But it did not feel like “mission accomplished.” Not even close.
It was simply another milestone on the journey, and we are just getting started.
