Das 9-Euro-Ticket war übrigens über drölfzig digitale Kanäle erhältlich. Trotzdem hatte die überwiegende Mehrheit ein Papierticket.

Dark support pattern:- Automated email reply to contact form with the FAQ suggested answers. In grey hidden at the bottom under everything a note that you need to reply to the message confirming that the automated reply didn't help, to get a human to read your request!

Conclusion: Ticketmaster never answered their contact form with a human. Days pestering here got 'an answer' (no explanation, nor appols for crap communication). Need to buy tix w. temp membership & cancel it. Seems a workaround for a system never designed to do what it does.

Things that happen in a physical place happen in the timezone of that place. That's the useful bit of information. Yet storing in UTC and display in the system's timezone is such common practice, and just rubbish.

This error has cropped up on SO many rail websites & apps, even the DB Navigo app does it. When will software developers learn to STOP cutting-and-pasting software that inadvertently treats train times as a vector based on the time on the user's own PC clock, but as fixed values!

Anyone made an aggregated feed of Security Advisories of Drupal dependencies? The PSA means you should keep track of the dependencies in case they might include vulnerabilities that don't affect core but might with your contrib or custom code.
