I HATE electric ovens, which I have in my new apartment 😪😪. But I do have a dishwasher 🤣
I burnt meatballs twice since I've moved here. Notice my last name- I could get kicked out of the Italian League🥰

Before I had a gas stove, electric was fine.
But after years of using gas stoves, I know electric stoves SUCK.
My (new to me) apartment has an electric stove and the heat is very inconsistent.
I’m not making homemade biscuits until I better understand the oven temperature.
