Had a great, sunny afternoon running round Phoenix Park with my girl. Only to be brought back to reality and when a teenage girl proudly exclaims ‘I actually remember to take the morning after pill this time!’ Ah, inter city Dublin.

Also, sprouts totally rotten inside, parsnips furry. Stuffing leaking something odd and foul smelling. All other meat sourced elsewhere absolutely spot on, dairy products all fine - so not our fridge. So disappointed as were our young children. @MuscleFoodUK #foodanddrink

And....20 mins to do that 3.7km drive home. Thanks to my ever growing knowledge of Dublin shortcuts, lanes appearing and the one way system working in my favour.
