Money can buy happiness. The ability to pay bills w/o worry or stress will make you happier. Are there ppl who are rich & depressed absolutely; depression has no boundaries. But auto pay, affording a pet, writing the tuition check etc if we could all afford to live my goodness!!

Unless there’s more information we just don’t know about, this could be a nasty counter suit. He’s named in the suit but nothing mentioned in the article actually ties him to any of the claim. I’m curious who is representing him and Id like to read the filings.
Will Smith is being sued by a tour violinist who alleges sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination during his "Based on a True Story: 2025" Tour this past spring.
The musician, Brian King Joseph, names Smith and Treyball Studios Management as defendants and accuses Smith of “predatory behavior,” alleging he “deliberately groomed and primed Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation.”

The case is Oliver, et al. v. Navy Federal Credit Union. They couldn’t get class action status BUT it’s in process under disparate impact claims. It’s about FHA loans. If you have your money there it’s at least worth looking into the lawsuit.

In 2026, Black folks need to take their money out of all Navy Federal Credit Unions.
Navy had a lawsuit against then for denying 52% of Black borrowers who made over $140k annually as opposed to denial of 23% of white applicants making less than $62k a year. Nip that in the bud.
