The suffragettes launched a sustained campaign of arson and bombing, employed anti-surveillance tactics to evade police, and attacked politicians. In trying to set Palestine Action aside from Britain's "long and honourable" tradition of civil disobedience, the judges today claimed the suffragettes operated "transparently in the open". They also said the argument that Palestine Action "follows in the footsteps of the suffragettes" is "seriously flawed".

This is starting to fuck me off now. NOT subject to what Mitting decides, the @metpoliceuk have agreed there was a relationship between myself and sexual predator #AndyColes They KEEP stating the fact #spycops #KeepUp #GroomingGang #SexRing
The report refers to how all #spycops officers in the animal rights field admit to having formed 'close relationships' with activists. It is pointed out that he means sexual relationships by this. Barr lists all officers in animal rights who had sex with activists.

The second trial, with eight of the Filton 25, has begun today at the Old Bailey. However, security are denying entry to all the family members and loved ones, demanding they have two forms of ID. This rule has never been used before, and is clearly an intimidation tactic.

Today's Palestine Action judgment ignored the history of peace movement. This was my GCSE folder in 1992. Destroying the tools of war, and the weapons of genocide has been a proud and celebrated part of the peace movement for generations. This is not terrorism.

Reminder that #spycop HN3, known as 'Jason Bishop' was involved in a plot to damage MoD vehicles taking bombs to Fairford. The action didn't happen. But there was never a suggestion that it was terrorism. Direct action against the arms trade and the tools of war is not terrorism.

#SpyCops public inquiry restarts again today. The next set of hearings are mainly managers of the SDS undercover unit. Solidarity to all those who were spied on & #blacklisted by the British political police.

Disclosure shows that Yvette Cooper deliberately wrote an article which prejudiced the Filton trial, despite prosecutors telling her not to as it could break the law. Cooper is yet to face any contempt of court charges as a result. theguardian.com/uk-news/2026…

For anyone that wants a long read… One day my shorter read second witness statement will also be published!
Replying to @ucpinquiry
The Inquiry has at least - at long last - finally published the witness statement of @emilyapple (not that you'd likely notice this from following the UCPI's own feeds)...a mere 55 days after giving oral evidence! #spycops ucpi.org.uk/wp-content/uploa…

We have nothing but contempt for the horrific way in which Rajiv Menon KC (one of our #spycops inquiry barristers) has been treated. Thankfully he won his appeal today: theguardian.com/law/2026/may…

the informed decision-making of the jury, plus a media ban on any reporting, are hard-core dirty tricks, which can only be seen as an attempt to stop protest entirely — because the consequences of terrorism charges are so grave.

Friends in the #spycops survivor community would articulate this better, but the right to peaceful protest has *always* been an illusion. We've been spied on, infiltrated, and physically/ sexually/ psychologically abused. New methods — classifying protest as terrorism without >
🚨 The UK has been ordered not to report on the #Filton24 retrial AND the jury is not to know that the charges are being brought under *terrorism* legislation, not regular criminal law. It's outrageous.

New - our report on 'Monica' giving evidence to the Undercover Policing Inquiry. Deceived into a relationship by #spycops officer Jim Boyling in the 1990s, her brave testimony is a harrowing illustration of the depths these pointless infiltrations sunk to campaignopposingpolicesurvei…

This is important so please please share.
BREAKING - @zarahsultana exercises Parliamentary Privilege to expose the unjust nature of the Filton 24 re-trial. UK press has been court ordered not to publish these details. “If convicted, they and 18 others will be sentenced as terrorists, but the jury will not be told that”

Coles has no shame. @pktories have no shame. #spycops
Ex Met police UCO, Andy Coles, is running for elected office again. Is the #spycops officer, that stole a dead child's ID to report on hunt sabs, deceived a teenager into a sexual relationship & letched his way round the movements he spied on, the best Peterborough Tories can do?

10 months after submission, my witness statement has finally been published by #spycops inquiry. The chair cites the statement as one of the reasons he is NOT allowing me to give evidence. His decision is currently being challenged in a Judicial Review. ucpi.org.uk/wp-content/uploa…

The Met Police are making a political choice to arrest Palestine Action sign holders in London. In contrast, no police turned up to arrest the dangerous terrorists opposing genocide in Truro.

Thinking positively, at least it's been published! 😆 Other 'core participants' (ie people targeted by #spycops) - some of whom have been allowed to give (limited) oral evidence - are still waiting for the @ucpinquiry staff to upload theirs to the website.
Nice thread about my witness statement to the #spycops inquiry by @ParkMediaAndFilm - one of the better reviews I’ve received for my published work.
