Even when we were still mourning, another foreign registered huge white truck shocked us when it passed speeding at about 80km/hour in corners and hills!

In a separate incidence, an over-speeding car with a foreign registration number was stopped by Uganda police on Mbarara - Kabale highway. Immediately after that the same vehicle resumed the same reckless driving!
