What's the answer to "othering"?
I think it's "usthering" -- isn't "us" all we have?
Activists and buzzword chasers seem to miss that trying to shift power dynamics (real as they are) perpetuates the problem.
you me = us.
Done right, "us" is always better than you <> me.
