Antara perkataan pertama yang keluar daripada mulut Umar RA ketika dilantik jadi khalifah, beliau berdoa: اللهم إني شديد فليني، وإني ضعيف فقوني، وإني بخيل فسخني “Ya Allah, sesungguhnya aku ini keras, maka lembutkanlah aku; sesungguhnya aku ini lemah, maka kuatkanlah aku; dan sesungguhnya aku ini bakhil, maka jadikanlah aku pemurah”. Umar RA juga berkata, ما كان الله ليراني أرى نفسي أهلاً لمجلس أبي بكر “Aku sesekali takkan membiarkan diriku layak untuk menduduki kedudukan Abu Bakar”.

Kenapa kena breakfast 30min lepas bangun pagi. Siapa yg tak boleh makan pagi, dan yg promote skip breakfast, that just shows you are circadian disrupted.

My advice as a dentist: Don’t use mouthwash everyday. It indiscriminately kills off both the good and harmful bacteria in your mouth, resulting in taste alteration. I suggest using 3-4 times a week (selang hari). Avoid using water after gurgling mouthwash too.

Goals setiap tahun. Solat sunat 12rakaat setiap hari tu masih lagi slow slow merangkak… yang lain akan ditanda lepas habis tahun 2026 jika konsisten tanpa gagal..
