ChartHop Revenue Kickoff in San Diego had such good energy. 80 people, most of us meeting in person for the first time, and the connection was instant - it felt like we all knew each other already. What a team. Fast, inclusive, transparent, optimistic - let’s grow!!

We’ve always disclosed our salary ranges, from day one. We hired over 100 people last year.
"NYC will require companies to disclose salaries in ads" This law *sounds* good, but won't it just favor big co's & hurt startups? I.e. a startup that could've won you over if you met w/them now has no shot when you see their salary range is 70% of AMZN's forbes.com/sites/jackkelly/2…

What a year at @ChartHop! 💰ARR up 3.5x, hit bookings all 4 qtrs 🎨Launched new UI (and a secret alpha 🤫) 👯‍♂️New execs: CX, Finance, Marketing, People 🐰130 amazing employees (from 30) 🚀Raised B in May (haven’t touched it) BIG plans in store for 22! For now, feeling grateful.

Grateful for @ChartHop! One unexpected way we use it as a remote company is to overlay emergency events (ex: path of Hurricane Ida) over general employee location. This allows to see which folks may be effected by an impact event and to mobilize our team to aid in their safety.
