Let's be clear: it’s unconstitutional to ban land ownership based on national origin. We applaud the Court for recognizing that and temporarily blocking #SB264 in Florida. Congratulations @ACLU and @AALDEF on this important step forward! 👏
BREAKING: An appeals court temporarily blocked Florida from enforcing an unconstitutional law against two of our clients. The law bans many Chinese immigrants from buying homes in large parts of the state.
We will keep fighting to permanently block this discriminatory law.
