When I first learned about what was to happen to the environment at Fort Edward Solar, I thought it was an isolated incident. And then I started to travel to solar complexes. I started to talk to people. Towns started to email me. I learned that environmental devastation is commonplace at every single ORES wind and solar complex. Rural New Yorkers had lost their ability to govern their towns statewide. It’s all purposeful, the centralization of power. They don’t want us governing our resources without Albany’s input. So they created ORES. And I created a nonprofit. This is bigger than Fort Edward. This is a statewide lawsuit that attacks the RAPID Act regulations and concerns the transmission lines. Albany took our home rule. It’s time to get it back. You can read the full petition on our nonprofit website. Linking below. This will take substantial funding to see it through. Your support is appreciated. Thank you. We’re just getting started! americanlandrescuefund.com/l…

🚨REMINDER: Zohran is committed to abolishing private property—but only for Americans—while owning land in Uganda.
Zohran Mamdani: I'd prefer if we abolished private property.

Ask a small property owner about their building, and you’ll often hear a family story first. Decades of sacrifice. Long hours. Risk. A belief that New York could be a place to build something for the next generation. Many of these buildings have housed families for decades. They’ve survived downturns, 9/11, COVID, rising costs, and constant change. But today, many small owners are facing a hard reality: they want to keep investing in their buildings and communities, but the numbers are getting harder to make work. SPONY exists to make sure they don’t face those challenges alone. Because behind every building is a family, a legacy, and an American Dream worth protecting. #NYC #NYCHousing #HousingPolicy #PropertyOwners #RealEstate

Umm.. err NYC Rent Stabilization is a bigotry system, against Housing Providers, focused on operators of older stock Red Lining 2.0 White ppl did swoop in & take Black ppl’s properties by weaponized property law & discriminatory tax schemes- Under Racism not Socialism 🤷🏾‍♂️
The only difference is that not even in the Jim Crow-era did white socialists swoop in and take black and brown people's properties.

He was being dishonest. Owners have had several meetings with him to discuss costs. Like every other elected he talked in circles & ended every meeting saying the rent is too high. 🙄 The rent is high cuz property taxes are high.

This H-1B business owner FREAKED OUT when I confronted him about his ghost office and non-working phone number. He sent us a cease-and-desist letter immediately. He REALLY doesn't want you to see this:

A 29-year-old Yemeni immigrant gets $600K to open a NYC smoke shop. How many new arrivals from impoverished countries suddenly have hundreds of thousands to open drug shops in U.S.? And are these stores meant to hook Americans on drugs or are they fronts for something else?

Capital gains tax shouldn’t exist. I risk my money. I build the business. I make the investment. I do the work. I take the risk. So why the hell should the government take a cut of my success? They risk nothing. They create nothing. They just take. Parasites. F’en parasites.

More White Europeans were taken as slaves by Muslims in North Africa, than Black Africans taken as slaves to the United States… They don’t teach about that slavery though.
What historical fact sounds fake but is true?
