Great advice by Warren Buffet.
Being busy is not the same as being productive. You control your calendar and it's often better to have chunks of time left free than rushing from meeting to meeting. Urgency != Busy.

“Hunger” is something that nobody can teach and it comes from within. IMHO, this typically comes to those that don’t have Privilege. My parents have always said we want to give you more than what we had and we do same with our kids but how do we teach “hunger”. Thx for this!

11/ I’m still thinking a lot about how to approach Privilege in Silicon Valley. As a starting point, I wish more people here would recognize it when discussing their ‘self-made’ success.
PS: big props to those founders/investors who have made it without Privilege.

What our “leader” and his administration have done is empower people who have a deep rooted hatred for all races but their own. This is ridiculous, try riding any public transit system and this happens all the time. #WhereIsTheLoveForAll #Equality

Sad state. Founders need to be well versed in the venture business and partner with other founders who have gone through it. Experience in this situation is critical.
1/ I've met so many founders in the last 6 mo who confidentially told me their recent war stories with many top-tier VC firms & their treatment. Two sides to every story but holy moley does it make me sad. I hope the GPs understand that we all talk too. Examples...
