@Ticketmaster I have a gift certificate that I'm trying to use. Every show I look at is not eligible. Super frustrating. My friend paid real money for this and it's basically useless as far as I can tell. What to do?

@Ticketmaster also I tried calling customer service, zero help. No way to filter for eligble shows, just get to check out and hope it works (which it never does).
